New Wine Traceability Platform Solution by Big Four Auditor EY

Audit Firm Big Four Ernst & Young have recently been providing its Blockchain based solution over the major platform which apparently helps the current consumers across Asia to determine the quality, provenance, and authenticity of imported European wines. As per the news revealed on 23rd on May via the official EY express.

The platform was developed back some months before with a dubbed name Tattoo, and has been continuously been developing since then for the Blockchain Wine Pte.Ltd. Which had its initial launch back in the fall of 2018?

As per the recent reports, the Firm’s Blockchain product would enable secure and more privatized Ethereum transactions by the use of Zero Knowledge Proof (ZKP) Technology.

As per a certain press release, Tattoo is an acronym for traceability, authenticity, transparency, trade, origin, and opinion, and developed with prime focus on the European Wine consumer markets situated in China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand.

The Tattoo Wine counts support of some of the major Asian Wine Sellers like The House of Roosevelt which is currently implementing everyday used of its platform for its wine sales in Hotels, restaurants, Cafe, and consumers.

So as per the recent outcomes of the E-commerce solution developed by EY for Tattoo tackles multiple issues at a single go like wine provenance and quality for multiple entities — including producers, distributors, logistics providers, and insurance operators.

While creating a tokenized ecosystem for both logistics and sales purposes.

When Tattoo can now be reportedly used as a Buying and Selling agent for the Wine and also together with the track shipments and monitor warehousing and delivery of Wine including its insurance.

The Tattoo Blockchain even provides solutions to track its wine in order to monitor and verify its authenticity and handling by scanning a unique QR code, it together provides data on vineyards, information on crop fertilizers and handling history.

Further In April this year, EY also launched a private beta test version of its new Smart Contract Analyzer tool for the public Ethereum network, as well as an updated version of its Blockchain Analyzer and a ZKP protocol.
