Coinbase exchange is facing huge allegations for not giving response to their customers against any complaints.
Coinbase is the biggest crypto exchange of the U.S and also this exchange always claims that they are working on their services to make better for their customers & also working to enhance the security of the accounts. Recently Coinbase said that they are adding Phone call support for their customers so that they can get better control of their account under suspicious activity.
According to the report of CNBC, they investigated many Coinbase’s users who are facing problems at the Coinbase platform and also they are not getting response & support from the customer support agents.
“Interviews with Coinbase customers around the country and a review of thousands of complaints reveal a pattern of account takeovers, where users see money suddenly vanish from their account, followed by poor customer service from Coinbase that made those users feel left hanging and angry”
As Coinbase user, Tanja Vidovic, claimed that he was getting password change Security alert since April & also he contacted Coinbase support but didn’t get any support. And the hacker drained around $168,000 worth of crypto assets from his Coinbase account.
Another user claimed that he lost around $35,000 worth of crypto assets from Coinbase account. And the fund just disappeared from the account. When he contacted the team then they claimed that crypto transactions are irreversible & they can’t do anything.
And also a famous crypto user at twitter ( @cryptoKaleo ) said that “my dad has been trying to access his Coinbase account for 3 months but failed and also not getting any response help form the Coinbase agents’ ‘.
Seems that Coinbase’s all claims towards the security & safety are just only in statement. Here it is the responsibility of the Coinbase Exchange to enhance Security & increase the number of customer support agents.
