Crypto Mining In Ukraine Does Not Require License : Crypto Advisor

In the absence of any law or bill on mining industry by the Ukrainian government, no license or permission required for mining operations across the country. 

As we know, Ukraine adopted crypto through a new draft bill and welcomed all kinds of crypto companies to operate their digital assets services across the country. But here the government of Ukraine is still lagging behind to bring law on the crypto mining industry of Ukraine.

According to Konstantin Yarmolenko, no license or approval from any regulatory body was needed for the crypto Miners to run their operations across Ukraine. Konstantin took the recommended guidelines issued by the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF). 

Konstantin Yarmolenko is CEO and founder of Blockchain4Ukraine. Blockchain4Ukraine is a non-government organisation of Ukraine which has a team of experts and advisors from all aspects. 

So right now, only license or any kind of approval to run crypto operations in the Ukraine and the license will be issued by the Ministry of Digital Transformation. 

But here it should not be taken into consideration that any firm can operate illegal mining operations across the country, like getting electricity from the power grid directly. In case of such illegal mining operations, Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) will take suitable action and bust such kind of operations.
