Donald Trump Warns Against Fake Crypto Tokens

A Telegram channel backed by former US President Donald Trump warned people to stay away from fake crypto tokens.

On August 26, 2024, the Trump-backed crypto-focused Telegram channel “World Liberty Financial” cautioned followers about schemes claiming to be linked to “Defiant Ones” and “World Liberty.” The channel urged followers not to engage with such crypto tokens. The message stated, “For your safety, only trust information posted here by our team. If it’s not from us, it’s not real.”

Through the Telegram channel, they also issued another statement from Trump about reshaping financial institutions and systems in the United States.

The statement reads: “Folks, we all know how crooked banks and financial institutions rig the system against everyday Americans…(..)…They shut people out, deny them loans, drown them in paperwork, and kill them with legal and processing fees.”

Just a few days ago, popular American politician RFK Jr. decided to quit the presidential election campaign, as he was not getting enough support from the public. He was mainly focused on boosting the American ecosystem to the next level by supporting the best and most innovative technologies, including Bitcoin, across the US economy.

Currently, RFK Jr. is backing Trump as the best US presidential election candidate and asked people to vote for him.

Since the beginning of this year, many crypto meme tokens have appeared in the name of Donald Trump. Some of them surged multiple folds. Over the last couple of months, despite getting better support from the public ahead of the US presidential election, all Trump-linked crypto meme tokens have struggled badly in terms of price increase.
