Crypto tracking platform, whale alert, tracked Elon Musk fake give away scam is at a tremendous level. 

In the present time, many high profile personalities & celebrities are entering this crypto industry. Elon Musk is also one of the popular crypto players, who is known to support DogeCoin as DogeFather. 

Coin tracking blockchain platform, Whalealert tweeted on an ongoing “Elon Musk giveaway” scam.

According to Whalealert, the whole transactions are a clear indication of the level of such fake crypto giveaway scam. 

Scammers target Social media users 

Usually, these scammers target those crypto users, which are in search of the best crypto asset or get free crypto earning, with the use of the targeted audience category. 

Usually, scammers promote their fake giveaways on YouTube ads, Twitter & other social media networks like Facebook. 

Sometimes, scammers target the high profile personalities’ accounts directly. In July 2020, many big personalities found that they were not able to access their Twitter account. And scammers were promoting crypto giveaway scams” send $100 and get back $2000″ like. 

In the social media accounts hijack there were most of the global personalities like Elon Musk, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. 

In that scam, scammers grabbed around $118,000 worth of Bitcoins. But further investigation revealed that it was a teenager from Florida behind this scam and after that, he faced punishment behind bars for 3 years.

Recently, Elon Musk and Billy Markus (past DogeCoin developer) talked about crypto scams that are going on Social media platforms, where they targeted those spammers & scammers, who claimed to give double the reward.
