Twitter introduced a new algorithm to prohibit the activities of spam/scam bot accounts on the Twitter platform.

Twitter is a giant social media platform that doesn’t require any kind of introduction. Crypto Community loves to remain & discuss crypto related matters on Twitter. Dogecoin fan Elon Musk is CEO of Twitter. Elon aimed to make the ecosystem of Twitter much better for the users and also to allow free speech freedom for the users.

On 11 December, Twitter CEO Elon indirectly hinted that Twitter is going to introduce a new barrier for the bot accounts.

Bitcoin maximalist & former CEO of business intelligence firm Microstrategy Michael Saylor responded to Elon’s tweet and said that few actors are running a big army of bot accounts.

“The interesting question is what percentage of toxic behaviour on Twitter is driven by sick bots rather than healthy people. The vast majority of critical, malicious, and divisive discourse may be driven by a few diabolical actors driving large bot armies,” Saylor said.

On the opinion of Saylor, Tesla CEO said that he believes that a small number of people are running huge numbers of bot accounts, so Twitter decided to ban such accounts via IP addresses and also said that such actions should be taken by Twitter a long time back.

Dogecoin co-founder Billy Markus also confirmed that he tested through a post and found that he only saw one bot account activity instead of 50 bot accounts.

Vitalik Buterin, the co-founder of Ethereum blockchain, said that using Twitter seems better after Elon acquired Twitter as a private company but still he is not in a condition where he can talk about this thing with significant clarity because of the ongoing current situation in the crypto sector.
