Visa hiring undergraduate students for its crypto development programs

Giant payment network firm Visa is currently hiring undergraduate students to boost its work in the development works related to crypto & blockchain.

Visa is a multinational financial services corporation, which has its headquarters in Foster City, California, United States. In the last few years, Visa showed its huge inclination in the crypto & blockchain industry to step with modern financial technology. 

The hiring post vacancies of Visa for its “Crypto Development Program- New College Grad (Undergraduate)”, which is dedicated to creating a crypto talents team for Visa,  is currently hiring college students to develop In-House Crypto talents.

With the new hiring, Visa will focus on the Defi, NFTs, stablecoins, and CBDCs related development works and also will push its development works on crypto solutions.

“Crypto Product, Crypto Solutions and Digital Partnerships and will build expertise in specific areas such as decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), stablecoins and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).”

Visa to push crypto adoption

In December of last year, Visa launched its “Crypto Advisory Services for Banks” to increase awareness about crypto and blockchain technology use cases and also to help banks and financial institutions with its resources. 

At that time, Visa head of crypto Cuy Sheffield said that the new advisory service will help to fill the gap between banks and crypto industry by creating a bridge between them. 

Visa head of Crypto also shared some important things on the Visa’s inclination toward crypto NFTs. Cuy said that there are many use cases associated with the NFTs technology and that is why the company is tracking such technology more closely.

Earlier this, Visa announced its UPC Platform For CBDCs & Stablecoins based Transactions to provide a cross-chain protocol. These things are showing that Visa knows about the potential of crypto & blockchain and also aware that Blockchain is only the future of the financial system.
