The hacker who stole a huge amount of crypto assets claimed that he failed to contact the PolyNetwork team. He demands another wallet.

Yesterday a DeFi attack on PolyNetwork took place. The hacker stole around more than $600 million worth of crypto assets ( Ethereum, BNB & USDC).

Since this was really a huge exploit of the crypto history in Defi space, so the team is much worried.

The PolyNetwork team claimed that they will take suitable action against the hackers and also they will black list the addresses that the hackers used in the hack. And also they warned to give back the stolen funds.

Now it seems that hackers are under panic pressure because they want to contact and return funds to the PolyNetwork team. But according to reports, Hacker claimed that he failed to contact the team.

A message by hacker for Poly Network team

“FAILED TO CONTACT THE POLY. I NEED A SECURED MULTISIG WALLET FROM YOU”

So here clearly hacker demands  for another new one multi signature wallet from the end of Poly Team.

Here many people are expecting that the hacker can return the fund soon because his response for the team & community seems positive. But there may be chances that the hacker is trying to spoof the team or trying to divert the whole matter lenghty so that he can withdraw funds at another place.
