The ban imposed on crypto mining operations will be revoked soon from Iran and all crypto mining activities will be allowed to start their operations without any further restrictions.
On 22 May, Iranian government declared a ban on crypto mining operations. At the time of the announcement of the crypto mining ban by the Iranian government, no one was clear that why the government authorities are taking this action.

While the government said that they want to reserve some electricity to recover the lack of electricity problem in Iran for next 4 months. But few reports claimed that the government is looking to run an operation to bust the mining operations. Reportedly, around 2,000–3,000 MW per day consumption of electricity was done by illegal crypto miners, so probably it was also somewhat a genuine fact. And also the government of Iran busted many illegal mining activities in that 4 month interval.

Well, now the date is much closer to the lift of ban from the mining operations. As per earlier announcement, the Iranian government will lift the ban on 22 September. And also Tavanir, Transmission Company, said that they will subside the electricity then mining firms will be able to do mining operations easily.
Here we should not see these past decisions of Iranian government against the crypto market because the Iranian government imposed a legal framework on the crypto market In June 2021.
