A recent survey conducted in India over crypto and non crypto users. Report reveals that there are many people who are willing to understand more perfectly about crypto that how it works.
In the present time Indian citizens are showing better volume of crypto holdings in the crypto space and also Indian crypto projects like Polygon also getting better support, which is dedicated to the Ethereum scaling solution project. But crypto regulation is under the gray area of India, which means crypto is neither legal nor illegal.

A recent survey conducted on a total of 2,000 consumers in India. These consumers are between the ages of 21 to 55. Most of the people who are not owing any crypto assets claimed that they are aware about crypto but they want to understand about crypto, how it works and what are potential of profit or will it be better to invest in crypto?
Right now the total population of Indian citizens is around 1.3 billion. The conducted survey targeted mostly people from the Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Indore, Patna, Jaipur and Lucknow high profile cities of India.
Survey showed that most of the crypto holders are from the metro cities and are under the age of 21 to 35.
If we look at the urban citizens of Indian localities then there are a total of 83%, who are aware of Crypto but have no Investment in crypto. Overall there are a total 16% people, who actually own crypto assets.
Survey also revealed that most of the respondents are giving preference to the crypto Investment & Mutual fund schemes instead of Bank fixed deposit and insurance.
If we look over the percentage of the people who have interest in crypto then it differs from one city to another with a very high difference.
Delhi 21%, Mumbai 17%, Bangalore 12%, Hyderabad 7%, and Pune 6%.
Most of the crypto Investors know about Bitcoin (75%), while DogeCoin & Ethereum are known & most favourable assets with 47% & 40% respectively.
