Elon Musk’s Favourite Crypto X Account Doge_Designer Scamming People: Scam Alert

A Crypto X account impersonating a real Dogecoin designer account is promoting fake crypto giveaways.

Crypto X account @cb_doge is a popular account among crypto and non-crypto users across X, as the owner of the X platform keeps reposting and retweeting information shared by this account. Crypto enthusiasts believe that Musk supports and promotes Dogecoin Cryptocurrency indirectly with the help of this X account.

An unknown bad actor created a similar type of account to make it seem like he/she is the real @cb_doge account holder and supported by Tesla CEO Musk.

Today, this X account shared a link about a crypto giveaway backed by Elon Musk, which is absolutely fake. We request all of our readers to stay away from such types of giveaways because they are scam traps.

It is worth noting that this X user is wearing a verification badge, which is another factor that increases the trust level among Crypto X users, attracting them to the giveaway.

Elon Musk, Fake Crypto Tokens, & Warnings

Currently, dozens of crypto tokens are trading in the crypto sector, either inspired by Musk or his company, or falsely claiming to be affiliated with Elon Musk’s companies.

In the past, Musk clarified multiple times that he or his company will never launch any crypto token in the future and no Cryptocurrency is backed by his company.

In short, Musk’s vision is clear about cryptocurrencies—he is open to using cryptocurrencies but has no plans to launch any Cryptocurrency.

So, people should remain aware of new tokens claiming to be backed by Musk and should not participate in any kind of crypto giveaway related to any company that directs you to suspicious or unknown websites.
