Binance Is Not Regulated Or Licensed In Malta, Confirms Malta Regulator

The world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance is not regulated or licensed in Malta as the country’s chief financial authority, reported on 21 February 2020.

According to the report, the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) stated that Binance has never authorized by the MFSA and never allowed to operate in the cryptocurrency space, which means it is not regulated by the MFSA in Malta island.

It is still not cleared by the Binance that where is the headquarters of the binance.

Back in March 2018, binance was announced that very soon they opened an office in Malta.

As per the Coindesk media report, binance denied doing any comment on the MFSA report when the Coindesk team asked about it.
