Facebook may create its own Cryptocurrency

Facebook is expanding its Blockchain Developers Team which indicates that Facebook may create its own Cryptocurrency powered by Facebook Blockchain anytime in future.

Facebook is hiring Blockchain Experts to expand its Team working on Blockchain Development reported on Facebook’s Jobs & Career Page.

Facebook is working on Blockchain Development since last year and now they are hiring the 17 Blockchain Experts in different fields like security, Finance, Product Manager and Data Analytics.

From this scenario, it can be expected Facebook is working on Development of its own cryptocurrency which will be powered by its own Blockchain for which they are hiring more Blockchain Experts. Still, they have no official announcement regarding it but can be expected in future as JPM coin was just announced by JP Morgan Bank some days ago. JPM coin is Stable Cryptocurrency backed by the US dollar ($).

So it may be possible that Facebook will also create its own coin like JP Morgan Bank did and Facebook coin may be used on Facebook web where users can use it or get as rewards.
