Twitter CEO Spends $10,000 on Bitcoin Weekly
The CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey alluded to spending $10,000 on Bitcoin (BTC) every week in a podcast released on 4 March.
Dorsey spoke about how Bitcoin is parallel with Twitter and what experiments he will do on Bitcoin. Dorsey started a new trend “Stacking Sat Saturday”- a trend where users will buy Bitcoin worth of $25 on every week. Dorsey believes that this will increase the adoption of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and users get a better opportunity to make more profit.
Jack Dorsey, CEO of Square CashApp said that he already participated in “Stacking Sat Saturday” and the weekly limit of CashApp. Dorsey added that: “ I can’t purchase anymore.”
The weekly buy limit on CashApp is $10,000 means Dorsey buy Bitcoin of $10,000.
Jack added that he will join the “Stacking Sat Saturday” next week, the limits reset every week. Jack Dorsey is one of the Bitcoin Bull and he believes that Bitcoin is the native money on the Internet. Last month Dorsey said in an interview that Bitcoin is something that was built on the Internet, was tested on the internet.
