USDC issuer partners with public charity to help people impacted by deadly tornadoes

Circle company established a partnership with a public charity organization to help all the people, who faced huge problems because of last week’s deadly Tornadoes in mid-western American. 

From time to time many crypto players in this industry proved that crypto is not only about making money or advancing the financial infrastructure but also it can contribute in those sectors where money is needed more than in the development sectors. 

Last week, mid-western American communities faced a very big impact because of the deadly tornadoes. And now USDC issuer company Circle is ready to help those communities, which faced huge problems and needed money support. 

Circle company established a partnership with the public charity Endaoment to generate relief funds for the people. The final Target of USDC is to collect $1 million funds. 

All the crypto and non-crypto people can contribute to this initiative of the circle company. With crypto, USDC, or directly through PayPal people can send to this relief fund with minimum support of $20. The whole fund will be granted to support by the American Red Cross and local non-profits.

At the time of writing this article ‘Circle Impact Disaster Relief Fund’ collected a total of $6,925.56. 

In this initiative of the circle company, there are seven participating charities. These seven charities are Team Western Kentucky Tornado Relief Fund, Center for Disaster Philanthropy, Team Rubicon, All Hands and Hearts, Midwest Food Bank NFP, American Red Cross, and Mutual Aid Relief. 

The whole collected funds will be distributed among these seven charities in the interval of $20,000 so that all these charities can use the funds perfectly in their ways. 

The CEO and founder of Endaoment, Robert Heeger, explained how much they collected funds to help people with the help of Circle company, and also they are still helping at their level to raise more funds. He added:

“It is through incredible partners like Circle that we have been able to grant more than $11 million worth of donations to nearly 300 nonprofits this year. With Circle’s support, we can expand our reach and continue to empower the community to allocate charitable gifts to causes in need of funding autonomously.”
