Recently Brave introduced a partnership with TAP Network as a way to allow all its users to redeem their Basic Attention Tokens for “for real-world rewards” offered by using 250,000 brands that are part of the network thus allowing their users to redeem the coins at the various top-notch brands like Uber, Starbucks, Xbox, Playstation, Hulu, HBO, Amazon, Apple, Target, and Walmart, reported on 10 March 2020.
As per the talks with the firm Brave to clarify whether the availability o redeeming option is only confined to the users in the U.S to which the firm said,
“As the network of providers is stronger in the US for this launch, so it is about availability. There are no legal restrictions, but if a user is not in the U.S., they will have fewer options for the gift cards.”
Seeing at the background of Brave it has been a good privacy retaining browser while at the same time rewarding its customers for the ads they choose to watch.
While in terms of privacy it has been reviewed as a better option as compared to other mainstream rivals like Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
Also, Charles Hoskinson claimed that within the span of 5 years Brave may takeover Chrome.
While following the recent trends and combating the techniques of making different browsers look as similar as possible, but Brave surprisingly has a whole different approach to this and thus the company has introduced randomizing the builds, every browser has a whole different look and is completely unique even including the website and browser sessions.
Well, this all ends with the point that not anyone can earn BAT points by using the privacy-protecting browser Brave and then simply redeeming the coins for available redeem options.
