Binance Announced New IEO- Perlin (PERL) Token

Binance the leading cryptocurrency exchange announced its next IEO (Initial Exchange Offering). The next Binance launchpad project name is Perlin (PERL) token. This is Binance 8th launchpad IEO and the previous IEOs shown good returns.
The Perlin (PERL) token sale will follow a new updated lottery & airdrop format. The BNB (Binance Coin) holdings balance will start recording from 2019/08/09 (9 Aug) 00:00 AM (UTC).
Updated Rules of Lottery System
- User BNB balance will be recorded for 15 days from 2019/08/09 00:00 AM (UTC) to 2019/08/24 00:00 AM (UTC).
- The average of BNB holdings for 15 days will be determined as the final balance. Daily BNB balance holdings snapshot will be taken at hourly time each day.
- The maximum number of tickets per account is reduced to 10 and a new updated format for lottery tickets is announced by Binance.
- Users that don’t win any tickets but eligible for the token sale will get a 3,874,500 PERL (approx 300,000 USD) airdrop.
Perlin (PERL) Token Airdrop Details
Binance will distribute 3,874,500 PERL (approx 300,000 USD) among all users that claimed tickets but not win in lucky draw. If a user has a winning ticket then he is not eligible for the airdrop.
The airdrop amount per account will be calculated by the formula given below:
Airdrop amount = (Number of non-winning tickets held by each non-winning participant / Total number of non-winning tickets across all non-winning participants) x Total Airdrop Pool.
Example: User A claimed 3 tickets but did not have a winning ticket. The total amount of tickets across all users that did not have a winning ticket is 400,000 tickets. In this scenario, User A will receive an airdrop of 29.05 PERL (3 / 400,000 x 3,874,500 PERL).

Note: The allocation per ticket is increased to $500 and a maximum of 10 tickets are allowed per account.
Important Dates to Keep an Eye
- BNB holding balance will be recorded from 2019/08/09 00:00 AM (UTC) to 2019/08/24 00:00 AM (UTC). The final balance will be the average of 15 days of holdings.
- Ticket claim will start on 2019/08/24 06:00 AM (UTC) and users can claim tickets for next 24 hours.
- Ticket claim closes on 2019/08/25 06:00 AM (UTC) and lucky draw process start.
- Winning tickets will announce on 2019/08/25 08:00 AM (UTC) and BNB will be deducted from winning user’s holdings.
- Airdrop will be distributed to all users at 2019/08/26 08:00 AM (UTC).
Lottery Ticket Allocation
Users need a minimum of 50 BNB in Binance accounts to claim 1 ticket and if a user holds more than 500 BNB then the maximum number of 10 tickets are allowed for each account.
Reminder: Users need to complete their account verification and also be from an accepted jurisdiction to participate in this token sale.
Users from the following countries are not allowed to take part in Perlin (PERL) token sale:
Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Belarus, Democratic Republic of Congo,Cuba, Côte d’Ivoire, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Liberia, Macedonia, Myanmar, Serbia, Sudan, Syria, United States of America and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), Zimbabwe.
Important Update for Next Binance Launchpad IEO Project
- Starting from the 9th Binance Launchpad IEO project and onwards, the BNB holdings period is set to 30 days.
- The holding period may start before Binance officially announced the next IEO project. For example, if the 9th Launchpad project is announced on August 30th with the final BNB holding date set on September 9th, that would mean the BNB holding period started on August 10th
