Binance hires former Microsoft Corporate Vice President

Popular crypto exchange Binance revealed its step to hire a former corporate vice president of Microsoft, Rohit Wad. 

Binance is a popular crypto exchange, which is standing at the first rank in the crypto industry by 24 hours trade volume. Exchange is known for its quality services and also new experiments with its crypto offering for users. Binance is only the exchange, which grabbed the first rank in the industry within less than 4 years.

Recently Binance published a blog and confirmed that the exchange hired Rohit Wad as a new Chief Technology Officer. 

Rohit spent his past career in Microsoft as a vice president of corporate at Microsoft. And in recent months, Rohit did work as Binance CTO in the background to prove his role as a perfect choice for the Binance exchange. Rohit also has experience working as an Engineering Director at Facebook and Google companies. 

Last month, Rohit did work for Binance, related to the engineering of scalable, compliant, and fast Web3 services and solutions.

At the position of Binance CTO, Rohit will work to help Binance exchange to deal with regulatory compliance based works in the crypto & blockchain industry. 

Through a separate post, Rohit said that Web3 based projects have huge potential, so it was the best decision for him to go with Binance exchange. 

Rohit added: 

“While we are still in the early days, there are already technologies that could dramatically simplify these inefficiencies. Web3 is exciting and I am super excited to join Binance to lead the global tech team. Web3 is growing rapidly and so is our team. We have several hundred engineering and product roles open across the globe.”

Recently Binance exchange established a new crypto team for Web3 based development works. For the same, Binance hired Mayur Kamat, former Agoda VP of Product, as Head of Product.
