Binance Exchange is planning to make their platform better and regulated all over the world, so they hired Richard Teng for their services to provide in Singapore.

Binance is a biggest crypto exchange of the crypto market in terms of trade volume and also they target most of the global users instead of a particular country. In the recent weeks, Binance ceo claimed that they will make their platform licensed globally. Probably hiring Richard is a part of their goal.

On 22 August, Binance Exchange published a blog where they confirmed that they hired Richard Teng. Richard Teng will work at the position of CEO of Binance’s operation of crypto in Singapore.

Recently, the Regulatory Authority of Singapore, MAS, started to give licenses for the crypto companies so that they can restrict all crypto services under better rules of framework. So Binance is also ready to expand their services at a huge level with a license.

Richard is a very talented person. Earlier this he was working as CEO of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Richard played a key role to make ADGM a globally licensed company. ADGM holds around 2700 licenses globally, which clearly indicates how much better performance of Richard can be done in the working system of Binance to make a highly regulated crypto exchange.

It is worth to note that Binance is hiring those people who have background to provide a better legal approval & can handle situations where Binance may face scrutiny issues. This is really a nice way for Binance to make their platform better.
