Binance exchange created three headquarters in Ireland for the Binance subsidiaries amid the ongoing pressure by the global regulators.

Irish media outlet Independant reported on 6 October, that Binance Exchange setup total of three Headquarters in Ireland for Binance (APAC) Holdings, Binance (Services) Holdings, and Binance Technologies. And all these subsidiaries of Binance have a single director, CZ CEO of Binance.

On 7 october, in an interview with Reuters, CZ was questioned by the interviewer whether they would choose Ireland to set up their headquarters. Then CZ replied “yes it does”.

With such details, Binance CEO also said that they are setting up headquarters at different locations in the world.

In the interview, Binance CEO took the reference of their old statement where they claimed that they will not set up any headquarter and will run their crypto operations independently all over the world with the concept of decentralized nature.

“When we first started we wanted to embrace the decentralized principles, no headquarters, work all around the world, no borders. It’s very clear now to run a centralized exchange, you need a centralized, legal entity structure behind it.”

Before this, we covered a report where Binance CEO said that they are looking to set up the Headquarter for the Binance exchange. And the main reason was because of the regulators question that “where is main headquarter of Binance exchange”. And at that times, reports indicated that Binance exchange may choose Singapore but current report indicates that Binance may choose Ireland for their main Headquarter.
