Binance Will Add Russian Ruble Fiat Pair Soon

The largest crypto to-crypto-exchange firm Binance.com is reported to be preparing to add support for fiat and crypto trade starting with Russian rubles.

As per the announcement made by CEO Changpeng Zaho at the Open Innovation conference in Moscow, Russia in which he concluded that “In about two weeks or so, we should have support for Russian rubles trading directly. So you buy cryptocurrencies on Binance.com using rubles.”

Recently, on 16th of oct, Binance was noticed quietly adding the euro (EUR) and British pound (GBP) pairs to their application programming interface.

As per the timeline Binance was planning to release the fiat currency in Russia along with some other countries this year. So far the exchange has launched about 4 international fiat-to-crypto exchanges namely in Uganda, Jersey, Singapore and the U.S.

Currently Binance will be planning to expand its fiat gateways thus giving the user more option to buy cryptocurrencies.

In the previous month the exchange partnered with London based payment processor firm Koinal so  as to provide a payment gateway which will allow the users to purchase the cryptocurrencies with Visa and MasterCard debit as well as credit card and even via wire bank transfer.

Binance has partnered with similar other firms like Simplex, Paxos and TrustToken so as to provide more gateways channels to its users.

CZ said at the time that Binance will “continue to build fiat-to-crypto gateways in our effort to increase accessibility and adoption of crypto.”
