Chinese crypto exchange Binance announced to financially support Ukraine in this critical situation against Russia.
Past years showed that many crowdfunding platforms including NGOs took huge support from the crypto and blockchain industry to accept donations. The Crypto industry showed that it unlocked the biggest feature of the payment system, which almost eliminated the regional character of people in terms of payment systems because of its decentralized nature.
Earlier today, we reported that the government of Ukraine officially announced to accept donations in cryptocurrencies. In response to the donation request, many people donated directly to the mentioned addresses.
In response to these initiatives by the Ukraine government to go with crypto officially, many big crypto proponents appreciated the move of the country and its choices.
On 27 February, Binance Exchange announced to support Ukraine with a total of $10 million funding to different government agencies of Ukraine.
The exchange team decided to donate wisely so that it can support the country uniformly.
Binance stated:
“The donation will be split between major intergovernmental organizations and nonprofit organizations already on the ground, including UNICEF, UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, and, and People in Need, to help support displaced children and families in Ukraine and its neighboring countries.”
Ukraine getting support from enemies countries
Ukraine Emergency Relief Fund collected more than 156BTC. Binance will further donate 16,000 BNB tokens to the Fund.
Tron founder Justin Sun also announced his support for Ukraine financially. Besides this Ethereum co-founder also wrote on Twitter that Ethereum is neutral but he is not, against Russia.
Past and current records are showing that China and Russia were/are against Ukraine because Ukraine has support from America. These things are showing that government and political powers are only fighting against each other, while citizens of all these countries are supporting each other against violence and wars.
