Bahrain-based CoinMena crypto exchange listed popular Dogecoin rival Shiba inu token.
Shiba Inu (Shib) is a popular meme token. This token was launched in August 2020 by an anonymous person named Ryoshi. In the beginning, this crypto token was only a meme coin but now it is a flagship crypto token with several use cases.
On 19 May 2023, Bahrain-based crypto exchange CoinMena announced listing support for this token.
This exchange listed Shib tokens on behalf of the demand of the Shiba inu token lovers & customers. This week, Brazilian exchange Digitra.com also added support for this Doge rival.
Under the Shiba Inu project, there is also a Metaverse project, named Shiberse.
Recently a Shib project official Lucie told the Shiba Inu community that says she is excited for what’s to come as regards the SHIB metaverse
Under the Shiba Inu project, devs are also developing a layer-2 blockchain. In late April of this year, the team successfully launched the beta testnet version of the Shibarium blockchain. On the new blockchain network, the Bone token will be a native coin & Shib token will be only supported as an official token.
Recently, Shibarium testnet network activity surpassed nearly 9,500,000 transactions.
Over the past 12 months of time frame, many people alleged that the Shiba Inu project team is trying to make money via different token launches & they are not doing work dedicated to the Shiba Inu token and also claimed that the Shibarium blockchain will help the Bone token holders, not Shiba inu token holders.
