Michael Dell showed an indirect interaction with Microstrategy’s former CEO Michael Saylor with the help of Bitcoin-related tweets.

Michael Dell is the founder and CEO of Dell Technologies, one of the world’s largest computer manufacturers. He started the company in 1984 from his college dorm room, revolutionising the PC industry with direct-to-consumer sales. Under his leadership, Dell has grown into a global tech powerhouse.

On 21 June 2024, Michael Dell humorously commented on a cartoon image of the Cookie Monster holding Bitcoin, suggesting it was an entertaining account to follow. Indirectly, he emphasised that his tweet was for amusement and did not imply any association with Bitcoin.

Popular Chinese crypto blogger Colin Wu noted Dell CEO’s tweet about Bitcoin.

Also, Michael Saylor, the former CEO & co-founder of Nasdaq-listed American business intelligence firm Microstrategy which is mainly known for billions of dollars worth of Bitcoin funds, responded to Dell’s tweet and said that Bitcoin is for everyone.

Following this tweet, the majority of the crypto X users started speculations that Dell Technologies might make decisions similar to Microstrategy and may play an important role in reducing Bitcoin supply, just like Microstrategy buying Bitcoin every month.
