DAO Maker platform recently faced an attack of hackers. For now, an official announcement by the DAO team claimed that they are safe and denied any type of loss.
Attacks on crypto related platforms have become a very common thing nowadays, especially on Defi based projects. A recent hack attack on Poly network can be seen, where the hacker returned half of the fund because of pressure from the community. Now a new attack can be seen on the DAO platform but they are in a safe zone.

A Chinese news journalist @Wublockchain shared news of an attack on DAO Maker Crowdfunding platform. The amount of funds stolen from the platform is not yet disclosed by the team. But according to reports, there are chances of 9,000-10,000 USDC loss of the accounts that were attacked.
The official statement on this attack by the DAO Maker platform is that they are in a safe situation. Their staking wallets and smart contracts are safe. The deposit smart contracts were under the attack of hackers. But the hack will not impact the working system of the company and also they haven’t faced any loss yet.
DAO crowdfunding platform provides service to the blockchain startups to grab funding for their startup. To participate in funding rounds, members receive DAO tokens that they can stake in the vault. Well this is a part of a system to use the DAO platform for new startups.
