Mexican Bank “Banco Azteca” may start to accept Bitcoin

A Mexican billionaire claimed that his bank will support Bitcoin soon. And his bank will become the world’s first bank to support Bitcoin.

Ricardo Salinas Pliego is a Mexican business man and also he owns a bank. Reportedly Ricardo is the third richest person of Mexico. His bank name is Banco Azteca. Pliego confirmed that his bank Banco Azteca will start accepting Bitcoin. 

Ricardo Salinas confirmed this information through the tweet. He also changed his twitter account profile picture with laser eye. 

This Mexican billionaire has a net worth of around $15.6 billion. He is founder and chairman of Grupo Salinas. He is now openly supporting this king of the crypto world.

Earlier in June 2021, he announced to make Banco Azteca the first bank that will support Bitcoin, but after that Ricardo talked about this matter yesterday.

In November 2020, Ricardo revealed that his converted his 10% of money into Bitcoin. He thinks that Bitcoin is a best option to divert the fund as an investment option.

“Bitcoin is a good way to diversify your investment portfolio and I think that all investors should start studying cryptocurrencies and their future. At Banco Azteca, we are working to bring them to our clients to continue promoting freedom”

So, Ricardo believed that Bitcoin Investment may bring financial freedom for the investors.
