The lawyer of the XRP community claimed that the Lawsuit filed by the SEC agency will be over in April of this year.
Ripple is a popular crypto project company in the crypto industry and this company is responsible for pushing the adoption of crypto-based payment methods globally under full compliance. The last year for this company was not better because in December 2020 US lawmakers filed a Lawsuit against the Ripple company and claimed that Ripple executives sold unregistered securities and also raised a few other allegations.
The case between the US securities and exchange commission (SEC) and Francisco-based based company Ripple took around more than a year. When it was asked about this case to Jeremy Hogan, a renowned lawyer within the XRP community, what he thinks about how much time it will take to get over this case.
Hogan said that last summer, there were very few expectations to extend the case by SEC or judges, although the situation was not much better at that time. But still, the case extended.
Now as per the situation, in this case, it will end in April of 2022.
In November, Ripple CEO also stated a similar kind of statement on the Ripple vs SEC lawsuit.
In an interview with CNBC, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said that although the process of hearing is very slow, this case is going very well in terms of process. And also hinted that the case will be over before the mid of 2022.
Recently Ripple CEO shared his frustration and success of the Ripple company. Through Twitter, Brad wrote that despite huge hurdles because of the US SEC agency, Ripple company did many appreciable works like ODL for those companies which wanted to start their crypto services and also many partnerships.
In particular, Brad noted that Ripple company is working to push the adoption of crypto and Blockchain technology to support central banks like Bhutan.
