Ripple Team Hired New Lawyer to Defend Chris Larsen in Court
Attorney James K. Filan tweeted that Ripple team hired an attorney to help & Defend former CEO of Ripple token against SEC.
Attorney James K. Filan who always keeps an eye on the hearing about XRP & SEC in court shared the news, Now Ripple team hired a new lawyer to defend the CEO of Ripple token against the claimant & permission to see the private details of transactions in XRP token.
Prostko is an alumnus of New-York School of Law, J.DMagna Cumlaude – a Latin academic honorific. Many experts believe that Prostko is a good lawyer and probably there can be no good option.
Here all will depend upon the situation also whether which side party is wrong and which one right.
She graduated with a B.A stream from American University. Similar to above rank but with high ranking.
Since Already in the last hearing in court, XRP won his grant to not expose any private transactions to the SEC.Â

While there are many things that the SEC wants to investigate. Since the XRP team is in favour of the SEC but according to the XRP team there are many things which are unauthorized to expose them to the SEC.
At the end of 2020 SEC raised a lawsuit against XRP founders ( CEO Bradley Garlinghouse and former CEO and co-founder Christopher Larsen) accused of raising $1.3 billion fund on XRP which goes through unregistered digital securities.
