Samsung will launch its new flagship Galaxy S10 phone in the event “Galaxy Unpacked” on 21 Feb. The Galaxy S10 phone will have an inbuilt Bitcoin (BTC)  and crypto wallet.

There are rumours back in October 2018 that the new Samsung flagship Galaxy S10 phone has a builtin wallet to store cryptocurrencies. This was very bullish for the cryptocurrency community.

Samsung is developing a crypto wallet for the new Galaxy S10.
The wallets have all the features of a cold wallet and a hot wallet.
Users can store the funds, private and public keys in the cold wallets and in the meantime they can transfer and view transaction on the hot wallet.

Experts are saying that this will bring new users in the crypto market. It’s not necessary that all that owns a Galaxy S10 will buy Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency but alteast millions of users now have direct access to a crypto wallet.

A crypto journalist, Joseph Young said that development has a larger impact on the crypto market than Bakkt and Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) have.

Bakkt is a cryptocurrency platform created by Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) to bring securities to the institutional investors.
The crypto community is waiting for Bakkt and ETF eagerly.
