Cynthia Lummis says the current American president needs to understand the importance of Bitcoin for the future of America ahead of the US presidential election.
Cynthia Lummis, a 69-year-old U.S. Senator from Wyoming, is a strong advocate for Bitcoin. She sees Bitcoin as a reliable store of value and a hedge against inflation. As a member of the Senate Banking Committee, she supports creating regulations that encourage innovation in cryptocurrency while protecting consumers.
On 1 June 2024, Cynthia Lummis quoted a tweet from Bitcoin Magazine regarding the Biden Administration’s actions against crypto-friendly decisions.
Cynthia said that the Biden Administration is doing everything that they can do against Bitcoin to prohibit adoption in the US but they need to understand the importance of Bitcoin for the future of America.
It is worth it to note that Cynthia has been a big Bitcoin advocate for the last several years and is also currently focused on providing regulatory approval for the crypto bill proposed by her & some of the other crypto-friendly Senators.
