Wazirx exec says “What countries are realizing is they have to participate or they have to be left out.”

Nischal Shetty shared his point of view on the current ongoing situation of crypto in India and the whole world. Through the statement, Nischal tried to explain that crypto is not limited to a particular country and countries needed to work on crypto just like the internet. 

Wazirx CEO Nischal Shetty shared his thoughts on the crypto Ecosystem and its situation in the whole world. He said that the majority of the countries are thinking about whether to get into or get out. He added:

“What countries are realizing is they have to participate or they have to be left out.”

Through this statement, Nischal clearly said that the crypto ecosystem is similar to the internet system. So the ecosystem of Crypto is not limited to a particular number of countries, it is a matter of the whole world. 

Further, Nischal took the references of the increasing adoption of the crypto industry in recent years. He noted that crypto adoption surged rapidly over the last year. And this was all about the understanding and opportunities that people saw. And on the situation of the Indian crypto community, which is eagerly waiting for the regulatory approval for crypto adoption, he said that:

“2021 has shown us the potential of crypto, especially in India. The India market has grown at least five to 10 times in just this year alone.”

Wazirx founder also noted that the current situation is an inflection point, where we can see a similar surge in 2022 just like 2021. He said:

“This is the inflection point where 2022 will probably eclipse the growth of 2021…”

As we know, almost every country has adopted the internet. However, there are few countries like North Korea, where restrictions are imposed on the citizens to remain away from such kinds of things. In comparison with the internet, Nischal said that every country will adopt crypto like the internet.
