XRP Price Declines 10% as Coinbase Pro Denies Relisting Rumors

Because of a technical error on Coinbase, a rumour started to spread in the market that Coinbase relisted XRP. 

A lawsuit case between Ripple company and SEC has been going on for a long time. And due to the ongoing lawsuit, SEC ordered every crypto exchange to delist or stop XRP token trading. So many of the regulated crypto exchanges of the U.S delisted XRP tokens.

Because of a technical error, a trading pair of Ripple tokens (XRP/BTC, XRP/USD, XRP/GBP, and XRP/EUR) started to show on the Coinbase Pro trading app. 

Many people started to talk about this relisting of XRP on Coinbase, but after some time, the Coinbase team informed their users and responded against the XRP relist rumours. And said that it was a technical error of Coinbase.

And also claimed that trading pairs were viewable, not tradable. 

Due to this negative news, the price of the XRP token crashed by 10%.

Well right now, we have to wait for the end of the case because under the order of the SEC, XRP is an unregistered token and Coinbase can’t allow their users to deposit, withdraw or trade facility for XRP token.
