Verizon Announced New Blockchain-based Security Services

A big concern regarding the security of data and information for users now a day’s.

Taking an initiative towards security concern Verizon business has announced the inclusion of security services with blockchain-based two new technology, Administration and Identity across the system, reported on 06 March 2020.

Blockchain technology built these two under their observation is Verizon Machine state integrity system according to U.S. technology firm on 5th March.

New technology VID will store access credentials in ” Secure digital Environment” on Mobil phone devices for users and validation are more easy and handy.

Old Issue Solution –
” Verizon 2019 Data Breach investigations Report ” a study of Verizon showed the use of stolen credentials was 29% of breaches investigated involved.

Whereas a full decentralized environment provides operational data to Verizon machine state integrity which shows a big picture of the Security issue.

The continuous monitoring of machines by a system composed by servers, routers, gateways, the veritable chain of events based on the machines state instead of logs.

Alex Schlager, Executive Director and Chief Product Officer of security services at Verizon Business, gave his opinion:

“Cybercrime is a daily threat to every organization and government across the globe. Our 2019 Data Breach Investigations Report highlighted that financially motivated cyberattacks are increasing across the board and that C-level executives are increasingly and proactively targeted by social breaches, linked to (for example) stolen credentials. […] These Verizon solutions offer a significant step forward in cybersecurity protection.”
