Members of Argentina’s National Congress submitted a bill that will allow Argentina’s workers to accept salaries in Bitcoin.

“Pay Me In Bitcoin ” movement got popular at tremendous level today when a member of Argentina’s National Congress confirmed that he submitted a bill  that will allow all the workers of Argentina to accept their salary fully or partially in Bitcoin.

This is José Luis Ramón who is leading the crypto community in Argentina by giving legal support to Bitcoin use at a wide level.

Since everything is in the initial stage and nothing is confirmed.  José only submitted the bill for their idea to implement, next is everything in the hands of lawmakers. They will decide whether they will pass this bill or not.

After the submission of the Bitcoin payment bill, Jose Luis Ramón announced publicly, said

The idea is that they can strengthen their autonomy and conserve the purchasing power of their remuneration.”

According to Jose Luis, people of Argentina are using Argentine peso in a very huge amount insanely and year by year this inflation is increasing, but they are failing to save their wealth.

So due to the core inflation of the price of Argentine peso, they need to introduce Bitcoin.

Jose Luis Ramón went on to state:

“This initiative stems from the need to promote greater autonomy and governance of wages, without this implying a loss of rights or exposure to situations of abuse within the framework of the employment relationship.”

It seems that Argentina is following El Salvador’s president’s decision of making Bitcoin as a legal tender. After El Salvador, many countries’ governments are trying their best to adopt Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrency in a perfect regulation framework because adoption is better instead of ban.

There are many government authorities and financial institutions, especially central banks, who are totally against the adoption of Cryptocurrency adoption. According to them, because of crypto adoption, people are avoiding using their financial infrastructure and going to those things which really aren’t worth it.

According to Acuant, there are only 48.7% of Argentina citizens who have bank accounts while there 78% citizens who are using internet services.

So people will accept payment in bitcoin more than in banks.
