Bitfinex Will Perform a System Upgrade On 11th February (10:00 AM UTC)
The world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Bitfinex will perform a system upgrade on Tuesday, February 11th, reported on 11 February 2019.
According to the report, The Bitfinex exchange will perform a system upgrade in order to enhance the stability and scalability of the iFinex infrastructure. This upgrade will occur at 10:00 AM UTC and all the exchange services will remain offline during the upgrade where upgrade will last from four to seven hours.
The upgrade will start at 10:00 AM UTC and services will be offline from four to seven hours. Please note that this is a rough estimate and the precise starting time may change slightly based on market movements.

During the upgrade, the Bitfinex users will not be allowed to trade, view or obtain access to their wallets as all exchange services will be paused.
