BitGo adds support for Avalanche (AVAX)

Crypto Custody firm BitGo will support native tokens of the Avalanche crypto project.

At present, Solana and Avalanche are doing their best after the Ethereum blockchain network, with high efficiency and Scalability in the transactions. The adoption and popularity of these two crypto projects can be seen through the increase in prices is their respective tokens.

BitGo noted that institutional interest in the Avalanche project is increasing, and also retail investors are moving much rapidly in Avalanche trend over another blockchain project. So BitGo added support for the Avalanche’ native token AVAX.

According to reports, BitGo is currently holding more than $64  billion worth of crypto assets. 

John Wu, Ava Labs president, said that BitGo is a highly trusted platform and the support of this platform for the native token of Avalanche will push the adoption and accessibility of Avalanche to the next level. 

Alongside the president of Ava Labs, To Wu said that BitGo is a “very powerful company to partner with” because it also provides institutional support.

 Mike Belshe, CEO of BitGo, said that the company will allow clients to offer AVAX for their customers. Mike added:

“Institutional investors can now access AVAX within the most secure custody offering on the market and tens of millions of retail users have the potential to gain secure access through the exchanges and platforms powered by our technology.”

It is worth noting that Bitstamp and Bitbuy both are clients of BitGo. And both of these are reportedly planning to offer AVAX in their services under the custodian services. Reportedly, Bitstamp & BitBuy will offer their product and services with AVAX at the beginning of 2022. 

Avalanche (AVAX) surged by around 2600% over last year to the date  And in the present time, it is still surging and touching new all times high prices. 

Recently, BoE also appreciated Avalanche as a unique blockchain technology of Ava Labs, and analysts of BoE said that Avalanche may be a better alternative to Ethereum in the future.
