Bitpoint Exchange Of Japan Hacked And Lost $32 Million

Japanese Bitpoint exchange of cryptocurrency has hacked and lost its $32 million of funds in mostly Bitcoin, XRP and other cryptocurrencies reported on 12 July 2019.

The $23 million of hacked funds was of their customers and the remaining $9.2 million of the lost fund belonged to the exchange personal account.

Bitpoint Exchange reported that only their Hot wallets are affected in this hack containing Bitcoin, XRP, Litecoin, and Ethereum.

All the funds stored in cold wallets had not been compromised in this hack threat reported in exchange official announcement.

Last Month, the Coinroom exchange of Cryptocurrency in Polish country suddenly stopped its all services and fled away by taking all users’ funds. 

This year, Largest Cryptocurrency Exchange Binance got hacked and 7000 BTC worth of $40 Million was stolen.
