The CEO of the BlackRock fund manager firm shared their stances on bitcoin & crypto and said that Bitcoin has a potential future.
In a recent interview with CNBC, the CEO of the BlackRock fund manager firm talked about Bitcoin and the statement of the CEO of JPMorgan.
In the beginning Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock, took the reference of the statement of JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon, who claimed that Bitcoin is worthless and also criticized that after the mining of 21 million bitcoin, it became only a written code that can be changed.
According to Larry, the JPMorgan CEO is wrong. And said he was not a student of bitcoin. And claimed that he cannot predict the price but surely bitcoin has a better future.
“I’m probably more in the Jamie Dimon camp,” says Larry Fink on crypto. “I’m not a student of bitcoin and where it’s going to go so I can’t tell you whether it’s going to $80K or 0. But I do believe there is a huge role for a digitized currency.”
The statements of Larry clearly indicate that he is not an expert in bitcoin but he has full belief that Bitcoin has better future.
However, this is not the first time Larry talked about their interest in Bitcoin and blockchain technology. Earlier this they Invested in the bitcoin mining operations based business, after the crypto mining ban by China, which was revealed by the Q1 filing of BlackRock.
Well here we can hope that people/business/individuals should not only use crypto & bitcoin, they should talk about it in supportive ways. Because here the statement of the JPMorgan CEO is not going at best, while their services are inclined in Bitcoin.
