Coinbase’s First Crypto Office In India

Coinbase opened its first office in Hyderabad, India to make a team of Cryptocurrency engineers.

A biggest Cryptocurrency Exchange U.S  based is expanding their Cryptocurrency business at advance level. At one side they are increasing their support agents then at the other side they are launching their own Crypto app store.

Now they have opened their office in Hyderabad, India. Probably it is the biggest move by the Coinbase Exchange to expand their Cryptocurrency business in india. 

It should be noticed that the users of India can’t register new accounts. In the end they will not verify accounts because of Legality issues. But still their move to start office is probably an indication to continue their services for indian users from the new end.

“We will have teams in all major areas Coinbase works in today — infrastructure, cloud, platform, payments, crypto, blockchains, data engineering, machine learning, growth, product engineering — to name just a few.

Through their official announcement for this move by the Coinbase team, they cleared their vision to open an office in india. 

According to reports, they will open offices in all possible countries and the main aim to open such offices is only to make a team of crypto engineers from all possible regions.

Pankaj Gupta, VP of engineering and Site lead in India, said that these teams in India will be led by local engineering directors and also they will be independent on their work in development work.

Further he added

“We have ambitious plans for this hub in the near future — we want to hire hundreds of world class engineers in the near term.

Coinbase Exchange is also planning to make such offices in India to create a better network and environment for Coinbase in Blockchain technology development work in india.
