According to a report of Goldman Sachs’s survey Almost Half of Family Offices fund manager clients are considering Investing in Crypto. And also this report suggests that there is a huge lack of awareness about crypto in their life.
Day by day Investment in crypto assets by people & also interest in crypto industry by financial services is getting Increasing. But there are many people who are willing to invest for a long time but at ground level they don’t know much about crypto. A survey by Goldman Sachs over “family offices fund management company” shows shocking facts about their crypto Investment awareness in between wealthy families.
Family offices is a private firm which manages funds of the wealthy families and peoples in the investable assets. They are currently managing around $100 million funds of assets.
According to Goldman Sachs’ first global survey of “family office stakeholders. The survey is based upon respondents from the Americas (54%), Europe (23%) & the Middle East and Africa (23%), and Asia (23%). Most of the clients have no Investment in crypto but around half of them are willing to go with crypto Investment.
Most of them are confused about the crypto ecosystem because they saw many negative points about it like Mining energy consumption & regulation/restriction or in some cases ban also which is a part of lack of awareness about crypto & crypto space. But there are few of them who are seeing crypto assets as “store of value” for the long term.
Goldman stated in their report
“Some family offices are considering cryptocurrencies as a way to position for higher inflation, prolonged low rates, and other macroeconomic developments following a year of unprecedented global monetary and fiscal stimulus.”
Here the survey report revealed that people who are much wealthy are willing to invest in crypto but they are facing lack of awareness and education about crypto space. But the positive part is that almost half of them are willing to invest in crypto.
