New Blockchain Analytics Tool That Is Responsible For Privacy Of Darknet Users
According to a report Darknet users are using a Blockchain analytics tool, known as “Antinalysis”. Darknet users are taking advantage of this tool for their unfair activities.
In the present time hacking attacks on any type of online platform has become a common thing. Hackers are taking advantage of loopholes and targeting the platforms to steal huge amounts of funds no matter what they have intention. The main trick of how the black hat hackers are saving themself is the trend of adoption of new technology by the hackers. Most of the hackers are choosing those things which are helpful to provide high level privacy for their activities.
According to a report by the Elliptic, blockchain intelligence firm, cyber criminals are taking advantage of the tools that help them to keep them separate from any type of privacy breach in their network link of transactions related with the particular addresses. In the report of Elliptic, Darknet users are using “Antinalysis’ ‘ named tool.
Antinalysis is launched on the Darknet platform. Antinalysis helps users to check the address whether they have connections/relations with the criminal activities addresses or not. So this helps the Darknet users to keep them away from the intersection of transactions from those wallet’s addresses which are blacklisted or under investigation/surveillance of any agency.
“Antinalysis seeks to help crypto launderers to avoid this, by giving them a preview of what a blockchain analytics tool will make of their bitcoin wallet and the funds it contains. The site runs on Tor, an anonymous version of the web commonly used to host darknet markets and other illicit services”
Elliptic also said that the developers behind this tool are from the backend of the Darknet, so it is almost impossible to catch them. This tool only needs $3 dollars and then it will disclose every detail that is needed for a user to remain in the privacy boundary. However, Elliptic doesn’t consider this tool better as they claim because it is limited to few address links to show and also results are not exact, as per analysis.
