Binance hires former Europol Dark Web specialist

Binance Exchange hired Nils Andersen Röed. Anderson will work in the Binance team as a security & Investigation expert in the audit team. 

Binance is the biggest crypt of the world by volume and this exchange targets mostly international high level crypto traders. With the giving high level user experience at their platform, Binance team also taking care about the security and safety of the funds, so they always trying to keep their team full of experts in security.

Binance exchange announced that they hired Mr. Nils Andersen Röed. Anderson is a former Europol Dark Web specialist. Anderson will investigate the individual who goes under the suspicion of trying to trick the exchange or try to use the exchange for criminal activities. 

So Anderson’s role is to ensure the safety of the funds of the users under the compliance with the laws and rules. 

Anderson also stated on this joining with the Binance exchange 

“My goal is to make the cryptocurrency industry (and Binance specifically) a safer place. International collaboration between the industry and law enforcement agencies is key, criminals don’t care about borders. Increased collaboration between the public and private sector will also be beneficial when it comes to fighting crime and making this industry a safer place for everyone,”

Anderson also worked in collaboration with the enforcement agencies to Investigate the cases where information was collected by him and shared with other law enforcement agencies.
