Crypto.com launches AI user assistant “Amy”
Crypto.com exchange became the latest crypto company to adopt the artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot ChatGPT.
Crypto.com is a popular crypto exchange and this exchange is the top 19th crypto exchange by global crypto trade volume on its platform.
This exchange was founded by Kris Marszalek & Rafael Melo in 2016. In the present time exchange provides crypto trading services to more than 50 million people in the world globally. The Singapore-based crypto company also has a big team of more than 4,000 employees.
On 2 May 2023, The Crypto.com team announced the launch of Amy, an AI chatbot assistant for Crypto.com customers.
This AI assistant can provide information & analysis about the crypto sector & projects, real-time token prices, and historical events, and more.
Amy is based on ChatGPT, an AI chatbot launched by the OpenAI firm in Q4 2022.
In the recent few months, the crypto sector saw several AI focussed development activities among different crypto projects.
Recently TronDao of the TRX coin project also allocated $100 million investment in AI technology, so that AI & Crypto Web3 can together bring a better user experience.
In an interview with Cointelegraph, a Crypto.com spokesperson said that there are several use cases of AI technology & here we are in the early days of the AI era.
Further, he also added that AI tech can be used to educate crypto investors about crypto & blockchain technology.
“This is particularly the case for crypto when it comes to helping educate users about the underlying technology and financial services more broadly,” the crypto.com official said.
