Florida based home will go through first real-life home NFTs sale
A Home is planned to sell with the similar concept of crypto NFTs but the whole thing will be conducted offline and concepts of NFTs will remain tied with Blockchain technology use.
In 2020-2021 NFTs concept entered the crypto industry and that resulted in many changes like non-crypto population influx in crypto and also better monetization of the digital talents like music, arts, etc. Now NFTs concept is moving toward two branches, Metaverse and real property ownership.
The Florida-based house will go through an auction for public sale, and the initial price of the home will start with $650,000. Gulfport property, Spanish-inspired property is situated at 6315 11th Ave. S.
Propy, a Palo Alto-based real estate tech lover company, will host the auction of this house. And also will mint the house on blockchain technology to ensure the ownership rights of the house for the buyer.
In the last year, this company sold the apartment of Michael Arrington, TechCrunch founder, in the similar concept of NFT to show the world that NFTs have real use cases for real-life-based transactions.
Tampa Bay blockchain company Defi Unlimited founder Leslie Alessandra is currently the owner of this property and also he is a real estate investor. Tampa said that listing homes in the blockchain technology use cases as NFTs is a showcase that shows how technology is evolving.
Alessandra said on this new initiative to the adoption of the NFTs in a real-life use case, in an interview with Tampa Bay Times
“Is this just hype or is there a real-world application? (The auction) is really to stimulate conversation.”
Alessandra said that after the minting of property as NFTs, it will give property rights for the Gulfport home, and also it will have a mural from a local artist attached to it, which will Act Florida Additional NFT.
These things are showing that the world is slowly moving toward better and more real use cases, thanks to the increasing competition among the Multiple crypto projects leaders to give better use cases with their Technology use cases.
