Russian Court denies to revoke Warrants for 3 Finiko Founders

In the well known case of the Finiko crypto pyramid scheme, the Russian court officially confirmed that they issued a warrant case against 3 founders of Finiko.

A notorious case “crypto pyramid scheme based on Finiko” is under full pressure and it seems that the Russian government will not give even a fraction of concession to the supporters and operators of the Finiko scam. Recent reports suggested the Russian police arrested two women.

Three persons namely Zygmunt Zygmuntovich and Marat and Edward Sabirov were found to have close relations with Finiko’s founder Kirill Doronin. 

The Supreme Court of Tatarstan, a republic of the Russian Federation, clearly said that they issued a warrant against these three people and they will not gonna revoke this warrant in any situation. 

Zygmuntovich and the Sabirov brothers planned to escape for Russia. And also a report of Business Online claimed that these two people managed to escape from the country and entered the UAE. While other sources says that they are in Turkey.

By taking the reference of this news, a lawyer which was hired by Zygmuntovich and the Sabirov, represented the case in court and said that before the issues of the warrant against their clients, they left the country, so court should have to revoke the warrant. But the Court confirmed that they will not revoke it. 

While government lawyers, appealed that the Court should give order to issue an international Warrant against these people.
