Payment & Identity verification service provider company Stripe jumped to support the crypto platforms with its resources.

With the increasing adoption of this crypto Industry, the majority of the traditional financial services are getting closer to crypto & blockchain either by giving support to crypto companies or doing self-development in this industry. The latest support can be seen by Stripe.

Stripe is an Irish-American financial service and software as a service company, which is dual-headquartered in San Francisco, United States, and Dublin.

On 10 March, John Collison, co-founder of Stripe, notified his followers that Stripe will give full support of its services to all the crypto Companies.

Under this new step of Stripe, all the crypto companies or platforms will be able to use Stripe’s payment services. It will be a better option for the majority of the platforms like wallets, non-fungible token marketplaces, and exchanges.

Stripe has its partnership already with the crypto exchange FTX, which is owned by Sam Bankman-Fried, and also with Bitcoin & crypto self custodial web wallet blockchain.com, which is also supporting NFTs trade on its wallet platform directly for the users.

Crypto companies to get benefits from Stripe

No doubt this step of Stripe is a better decision for the crypto Companies and also for the people who are all engaged in the crypto industry but here it is surely a good thing for crypto companies to fight against the bad actors.

Stripe also provides a Know Your Customer ( KYC) verification service and also identities verification services, so it will help the crypto platforms to kick out the illegal actors and spammers from their platforms easily.

Here Stripe is not much new to the crypto Industry. In 2015, Stripe added Bitcoin as a payment option for its user but later in 2018 suspended the use of Bitcoin, obviously because of high fees and some other reasons.
