A Challenging Problem Of Salary Payment In El Salvador
El Salvador’s Labor and Social Welfare department’s minister clarified that it is out of course of his purview to state whether salaries can be paid in bitcoin or not.
As all of us know that in the history of Cryptocurrency, El Salvador is the first and one and only country which legalised bitcoin as a legal currency.
Recently El Salvador legalised Bitcoin and said El Salvador state will use Bitcoin along with dollars as a legal currency and also they considered Bitcoin as a legal tender that allows the use of bitcoin in any type of payment activity. Even people of El Salvador are allowed to use Bitcoin to pay tax.

In the present time almost every person in the state of El Salvador is on the way to use Bitcoin in every possible aspect. But there are many problems occurring in this early stage of adoption of Bitcoin.
Rolando Castro, A minister from El Salvador’s Labor and Social Welfare department, Said that “ it is outside his purview to state whether salaries can be paid in bitcoin”.
According to Rolando, the decision to choose Bitcoin as a legal currency in the present time by the government of El Salvador was “too premature” to consider the change.
According to Rolando, it should be reviewed by the ministry of finance to use in payment options.
And through his statement he indirectly said that the government of EI Salvador is only aiming to make some advantage to adopt Bitcoin.
And also he suggested to the government that they should focus on Job creation instead of adoption of bitcoin in Job payment option.
The statement of Ronaldo was not good for Bitcoin lovers. Since Ronaldo’s point was not bad. But still he should see in the statement of Nayib Bukele about Bitcoin adoption.
Nayib Bukele already stated that adoption of Bitcoin will help citizens and boost the economy of Salvador. But here critics are not able to understand the actual chronology.

Well here it is the duty of the government of El Salvador to make a framework of bitcoin in the payment system.
Many experts say that there is a probability that the Government will combine the Salary system in Bitcoin + dollar ratios according to people ‘s demand.
