BBVA Swiss launches a crypto wallet to expand its crypto services

BBVA Swiss launched a digital crypto wallet service for their clients. Users can store their assets in the wallet separately.

BBVA Swiss bank started their services to trade Bitcoin. They started to give this facility for their clients by June. Now they are expanding their crypto business to the next level, through the introduction of crypto wallet.

According to the press release by BBVA, Users can easily create their account of the BBVA crypto wallet through the online verification.

In the online verification, users needed to fill an online form and a video call to confirm the identity. And then users will be allowed to use their wallet to store, sell, buy and track the funds in the BBVA app directly. 

The director of client solutions at BBVA Switzerland,Javier Rubio, stated that 

“The new account offers a multitude of ideas so that every client can invest in what is of interest to them and in line with their principles, without obstacles or barriers, with one of the most competitive rates in Swiss banking and with all the guarantee and security of BBVA”

Here it should be noticed that this wallet service is not outside the BBVA app. This is integrated services and for that user needed further verification to access the wallet option. 

Through this step, BBVA Swiss bank pushes their Bitcoin Investment business to the next level like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley banking giants.
